When making a booking online, a full deposit is taken at the time of booking.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will result in the loss of the full deposit.

• This applies to all appointments booked online.

Please ensure you select the correct appointment type, practitioner, and clinic location when booking, as errors may affect your appointment.
